We have a Mary/Maria Simpson, born in about 1860, in Mariposa, according to her marriage record of October 1886 to Teodoro Alviso. She was the daughter of Robert Simpson and her mother's name was Concepcion Simpson, no other last name given. The sister of Mary Simpson, Alice/Elisia Simpson, was married to Jose Rivas within a day or so of Mary's wedding. Any info will be greatly appreciated! Sheila :)
