I really wish I could answer this for you Anne. I have both the Taylor books and I am sorry to say I do not think the information in them are 100% reliable. I can tell you that Lucy Hite had sisters Maressa and Marie Wilson. Mary Griswold, who's mother is Mary Ann, was a niece of Lucy Hite. I think , without checking, this should be the Mary Ann who is a sister to Maria Yerdies. I believe these 3 sisters share a common parentage with Maria and Mary Ann...perhaps not the parent that leads to Tenaya..I am not sure. Mary, who lived with John Hite before Lucy and he married, was either a cousin or sister. My personal fantasy is to get the transcript of the divorce trials. I would hope if I ever get these transcripts to know more about Lucy and other people than we can hope for.
