Beverly, I don't know if Carolyn has answered your probate question. The library has or will have all probates from before the 1980's. I was told at the court that the last group to be transferred were being microfilmed now. If there is a 1924 Mariposa probate for your subject it is at the library now. If you post your subject and what you know about the death date and location I'll take a look later this week. Bye Steve
