This one was a preprinted form so I only record the facts. The handwritten ones seem to take a different twist of words every time and I sometimes think that the words might have clues, why that particular phrase or the omission of of a word, like holy. When you've read many by the same writer as I have there seems to be trends; the wordiest one I seen was Charles Pe and Chu Sin, appears that the writer went to extra length to validate the certificate, was this because he didn't do many certs for Chinese or ?????
