Here it is in case anyone else is interested in the W. W. Williams family. From the Mariposa Gazette - 1954. "William Williams and Mary (Oliver) Williams. William Williams came from Cornwall, England to Hunter's Valley When he was a teenager in the 1850's. He gold mined, and went to Nevada with the big strike. There he met and married Mary Oliver, also a native of Cornwall. After a few years they, with three children returned to Hunter's Valley to homestead and ranch. They had thirteen children, of this number only one was a girl, May. Jean Beaudoin, who has contributed this story and use of pictures, Father was Kenneth Williams, son of William or Grandfather "Billy". Billy married Catherine McNally from Red Mountain, and Kenneth was One of nine children. Another son, Anthony remained in Hornitos, married Amelie Cademartori and had two sons, Winnie and Carvel The other children moved to Merced and other areas.
