My great grandfather's brother John Calvert b. April 1840 in NY, NY d. July 22, 1864 during the Battle of Atlanta. He was in the O.V.V.I. When soldiers were killed during battle. Where are they buried? Or are the bodies are returned to the home state? Is there a military cemetery for the Union soldiers in Atlanta?
