Frank, I just finished my work year for the Franklin County School System. We had two weeks added on to the year because of the ice storm we had in February. My oldest son just graduated from High School Sunday. I am going to talk to a fourth cousin in Scott County this week and ask her if she has heard of Julia along her lines of family. It would help if you could give me some names of the children you are talking about maybe she knows of some of their families and knows some family history. I will do what I can to help you.
