I do not know if this could be your Jesse or not but in the book "Pioneers of Lewis Co., KY" put out by the Lewis Co. Historical Soc. they have a Jesse Calvert who married Constant Calvert, daughter of William Calvert and his wife Hannah Harrison. This is the William Calvert that was b. 22 Feb. 1731/32 in Prince William Co., Va. and died in 1812 in Mason co., KY. This sounds like it fits in your time period. You might check this one out.
