    3. (I am carbon-coping the list on this response as others may feel the way you do and I want to explain to everyone at once...) I agree that asking for personal responses will not help the list at all, but there is an exception in this case. All these that I am forwarding are copies of emails from OTHER lists and the chances that the originator of the email (not me, but the person listed in the "From" section under "Original Message" towards the top of the email) is actually a subscriber to this list as well is not very high. So, if you want your response to reach the originator of the email (again, not me personally, but someone from another list) you will need to send it to them personally, not to the list. Of course, you could always carbon copy the list if you wish to start a discussion on it here as well, as I suggest in this email... Thanks for the concern, Christi Brogan List-Admin for Calvert mailing list -----Original Message----- From: Helen [mailto:hgdonald@knology.net] Sent: Saturday, February 08, 2003 7:05 AM To: christib@satx.rr.com Subject: Re: [CALVERT] Mason-Dixon line... To suggest that replies be sent to you personally, instead of the full list is the antithesis of a Rootsweb mail list. H. G.
