Hello Dan........I will give you what I have. I have looked at the CD for Descendants of the Virginia Calverts. There are no dates for Hugh Parnell and only a suggested date for Ann's birth date. I am sending you what I have been able to gather together. Hope there are others that can help us with dates for Hugh & Ann. How do you connect to the Calverts from Virginia? ANN8 CALVERT (JOHN7 CALVERT(*), JOHN CALVERT6 (*), THOMAS CALVERT5, JOHN CALVERT4, LEONARD CALVERT3, JOHN CALVERT2, WILLIAM CALVERT1) was born Abt. 1725 in Frederick Co., VA., and died Unknown. She married HUGH PARNELL. Notes for HUGH PARNELL: Hugh Parnell, 466 acres joining John Calvert, near Kernstown, Frederick County, Va. Hugh Parral had other tracts in Frederick County by patents from Lord Fairfax, and at the time of his death had surveyed and filed claims for additional lands which had not yet been patented to him. His will, probated October 5, 1748, leaves 200 acres to his son Daniel, adjoining Dr. Daniel Hart and John Millbourne. He makes bequests to his sons Joseph and John; leaves 300 acres on the southwest side of Red Bud Creek "to my loving kinsman, John Bruce"; mentions his son Edward, "my daughter Christian" not yet of age, and "my Cousin Robert Calvert." His wife Ann was to have possession of certain property during her life or widowhood. Witnesses, Thomas Wood, James Bruce, Isaiah Calvert, and Richard Calvert. Robert Calvert qualified as executor, with William McMachen and Richard Calvert as sureties. Hugh Parnell owned 466 acres adjoining the land of John Calvert. He married John's Daughter Ann Calvert, as his will probated Oct. 5, 1748, mentions his wife Ann, his sons Daniel, Joseph and john; his kinsmen John Bruce, his son Edward, daughter Christiania, "not yet of age," and his cousin (which frequently meant "Nephew"), Robert Calvert. > Hello > I was wandering since you have the CD!!!
