We, the undersigned appraisers, do, on our oaths aforesaid, upon actual view thereof, appraise the herein described Real Estate as follows, to-wit; The East half of the South West quarter of Section 30, Township 12, Range 18, Hocking County, Ohio Containing Seventy Eight acres more or Less. Also the North West quarter of the Sout West quarter of Section Thirty, Same Township and Range Containing 39 and 7/100 acres. Except one acre deeded to Peter Wix Coof(illegible) off of the North End of Said Lot. And Also a part of the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section 30 Same Township and Range, Commencing at the South East Corner of the South West quarter of Secation Township and Range above described. Thence East to a certain County Road Thence North along Said Road to North and South Line of Said Land thence South With Said line to the place of Beginning Containing one half Acre More or Less.
