Yes, the Daughers of the American Revolution library in Washington D. C. accepts the Bible records here in Columbia, MO as proofs for William and Elizabeth (Nodding) Calverts place of burial and death dates. William "Sr" is shown on the 1830 census in Cooper County along with William Calvert ( jr.) before William senior's death. (Cooper County considered the "headquarters" of the Carroll/Howard/Pettis etc. county Calverts.) William Calvert born 2 /26/ 1757 MD d. 5/31/1834 MO He served from Maryland I believe. I forget what dates DARand the Bible records show for Elizabeth. ( I descend from John Calvert their son who lived in Tennessee,. then his son Martin Calvert and Mary Rawlings of Howard County, MO) -----Original Message----- From: Steven Gillispie <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Monday, April 17, 2000 3:42 AM Subject: Re: [CALVERT] Big Creek Cemetery, Carroll MO >Laura, > >I am interested in confirming the death date and burial location of William >Calvert Sr, as well as Elizabeth (Nodding) Calvert, his wife.
