Hi, I'm new to these lists so hope someone is connected to the WHEELER/CALVERT lines I'm researching. Ambrose WHEELER was born about 1809 in Virginia. He married Jane P. CALVERT (born ca. 1819 KY) in Spencer Co, Kentucky on 5 Aug 1833. Their known children were Margaret, Eliza, Justin/Jestin (female), Catherine, George, John, Martha, Ambrose, William, Charles, Benjamin and Sol. The 1st two were born in KY, the others were born in Missouri. This family is in Harrison Co, MO in 1850 and Ray Co, MO in 1860. In 1870 several of the children are married and found in Davis Co, Iowa. Margaret married Andrew Henderson ELMORE, Justin married David ELMORE, brother of Andrew. Ambrose married Nancy Ellen HUNGATE and Sol married Mariah ----. Does anyone have information on the parents/ancestors of Ambrose WHEELER and/or Jane P. CALVERT or any of their descendants?
