    3. Carolyn, I do not know if this information is correct. It is something we need to evaluate. i notice that Jacob Calvert is not listed as a son of Ruben. The information I received from my great aunt Richardson was only verifiable back to Jacob Calvert in Belmont County. The family tree chart then listed the preceeding males as Cecilius, Cecilius, Cecilius. I was never able to find any such link. The only Cecilius I was able to find that was near the proper age died in Missouri. There was no indication that any of his sons settled in Belmont County. I have not heard from Justin Houser concerning his later research in Mifflin County, PA. What he found in the Pennsylvania records seemed to indicate that the father of John, husband of Esther (Hettie) Jones, Job, Sallie and Jacob (supposed sibilings) was a preceeding John, wife unknown. Jack Kennedy found an indication that there was a John Calvert in Chester County, PA who married Jane Swayne after she was married for a short while to one of the Mercers. The LDS records indicate that the individual who married Jane Swayne was a Joseph Calvert and his children settled in Pope County, Ill. It is interesting because we have information that the Calvert children moved to Belmont County, OH, with members of the Mercer family. The movement of Joseph, however, does not correspond with the movement of the Calverts who settled in Belmont County. After Belmont County, we know that Jacob Calvert moved with Nathaniel Shepherd to Morgan County, OH and then to Marshal County, WVA. Several of Jacob's children later moved to Iowa. Some remained in Ohio. John, husband of Esther, remained in Belmont County and his children later moved to Central Ohio. I know nothing about Job or Sallie's descendants. Someone should provide the information we have verified to George. I would like tranmit it, but I think your charts of the descendants are more complete than mine. ( Carolyn, you, Cindy, or Daphne seem to have the most complete records.) Maybe Georges compilation of alll of the Calverts will assist us in hanging our branch onto the proper limb. Anyway, I will send the information on Rueben to Mr. Houser and see if it strikes a cord.
