It looks like Jane P. Calvert and Jane Pope Calvert are one in the same. Your family line is (George1 -1st Lord Baltimore, Leonard2, William3, George4, John5, George6, George7, Ceciluis8, Jane Pope9). I added the generation numbers because there are so many Georges. The George(7) was known as George Calvert, Jr. and is of Rev. War fame. When the Valley of Virginia was invaded by Benedict Arnold in 1781, George Calvert (Jr) was called to the colors and commissioned a Captain of the Militia in Culpeper Co., Va. by Thomas Jefferson, then Gov. of Virginia on May 19, 1781. He was past 70 years of age at the time. The George(7) was also said to be a Captain in the Rev. War. Finally, Zealy Reno (the father-in-law of Celicius Calvert) was also a Rev. War. soldier. I have all the children plus much more information about this line of the family. George Calvert [email protected]
