    3. This query has neither date nor place but I'll make a suggestion anyhow. I am working on Alexanders and Calverts in Cecil Co, MD (and perhaps nearby Chester Co, PA). One of my ancestors was Oliver Evans a famous inventor who drove a steam engine vehicle down the main street of Philadelphia in 1804. I have found many people of this area who named a child Oliver after or in honor of him.
