I would try and visit her in person. It is much easier to talk to folk's in their 80's face to face than on the phone. Have been down that road and speak from experience. Also, plan on spending a good morning or day with "aunt Jeanette". What happens when information is shared slowly, is that their subconcious starts working, slowly, and an hour or two later you get, " Oh, I just remembered...."
