Is there someone who could check to see if there is an application and license on file in Los Angeles? For Dr.Thomas/Tomas de Ybarrondo/Ibarrondo lic. no. 1946 issued Aug. 4, 1886. Hoping to find more info on an application being he was from Spain. All help appreciated.
