I am interested in finding a death record for an older brother of my mother, who died as a child in Alhambra, CA, in the early 1920s. The problem is that, until a couple of years ago, I never knew he even existed and no living relative from that side of the family remembers or even knew his name. My question is: How hard is it to search death records for a period of time, say 1922 to 1924, for Alhambra, for a child born ca 1919, using only the names of parents (Michael Garnett Watkins and Carolyn Watkins)? Are we talking an impossible task, or is there hope? Thanks for any help you may offer. I have been anxious to find out more about this mystery uncle and I only recently concluded that he died in California. Mike Phelps
