Can someone tell me what the columns in VitalSearch site are? I cannot read them. Last Name First Name M.I ?? (1) Age? (19) ?? (70) ?? (30) Record No.?? (5 numbers) Is it possible to get a death record for this timeframe? He died in LA hosp., worked in Pomona. Hopefully DC will his address so I might try to obtain obit? Thanks. Elaine Sharp
