Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows of an index to divorces in California, especially for the time period 1925 to 1970. Or, how one might otherwise determine if a person were divorced. I am trying to find info on my deceased uncle Earl COUSINEAU. By the information on his death certificate, and contact with the cemetery, it would seem he died and was buried without any family being found, or any information known on his family state. I was unable to find a marriage for him in California - but he may have been married in another state before moving there. I would therefore like to try and see if there is a divorce record for him.
