Carolyn: I find no Boyle Street in Los Angeles, but there is a Boyle Avenue in the Boyle Heights District. Yesterday, I was in Seattle at the NARA branch, and while I didn't do any good for myself, I did find the answer to your question. While the finding aid for enumeration districts (ED) for the 1930 census is pretty much street oriented, the one for the 1900 census is set up more by precincts or wards. If you are near a NARA branch you can see the 1900 EDs in T1224 roll 18 which contains California among a few other states. Precinct 67 is bounded on the north by 1st Street; on the east by Soto Street; on the south by 9th Street; and on the west by the Los Angeles River. 123 Boyle Avenue is located within that area and the ED is 1234. You didn't give a name of a head of household so I didn't check the 1900 census roll. I hope this info is a help to you. Good luck, George Arbuckle Eastsound, WA
