    3. I want to thank you and others that have made a big deal of sharing information. I appreciate it when one shares data with me. Last April I didn't even know where my grandfather was from. Now, I can proudly trace his family roots to 1790 Virginia and mid 1600's Mexico. I was able to get the basics at the local Family History Center but without the cooperation of unknown people on the internet I would be lost. I know all too well because ten years ago I tried researching his roots and I couldn't find the lead I needed to identify him. When I started researching again last April, I had a break because some kind person posted their family tree on Ancestry.com. My grandfather and his first wife were in that family tree and thatlead me to a marriage record. I still have many loose ends and wish to thank those that helped me in the past and those that will help me in the future. This has been a real challenge for me trying to figure out how I could find his birthplace and parents names. Phil has the "pot of gold" for California's early families. I'm very grateful for what he has done. Thank you so much, Rayene in San diego _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
