    1. [CALosAngeles] Going to meet my "new" sisters in Europe!
    2. I just have to once again thank all the hard working volunteers at "Calosang" for providing information that can sometimes be life altering! Through this "group," I found out about my biological dad, who unfortunately passed away in 1992, however, his obit which was provided for me in December of 1999 lead me to find two "new" half-sisters that I never knew I had! I have been corresponding with both of them in Europe for the last year and a half and am FINALLY going to meet them this summer! My "Flanigan" roots lead me to find a sister living in Germany and another in Ireland. Even at the ripe old age of 45 it is still exciting to meet new siblings and learn more about my family. For those of you searching for parents and/or other lost relatives all I can say is keep it up! The pursuit can be very rewarding and very surprising! Shelly "Flanigan"-Washington State

    3. Shelly: Isn't this list great? I know exactly how you feel. I, too, have been researching the roots of my biological father. Thanks to Deborah Story supplying me with his DCT and those of his brothers, I have managed to make contact in the last 6 months with 4 half brothers that I came to know about when I met my father briefly 25 years ago. I have also spoken to an older half sister for the very first time and discovered another half sister that I am trying to locate. Through Deborah's efforts on this list I have been able to accomplish in just a few months what I have been trying to do for 25 years! And that wasn't even my focus to start with! I was just trying to learn more about my father. Hooray for the CALOSANG list!
