I would like to share this discovery story with the list as it may help someone. I am researching my Grandmother. I knew that she must have had siblings, but I had rarely heard of them. I recently was told by another researcher how to use the California Death records in a search. I first went to the records, which I have listed below. Then I put in the father's last name and the mother's maiden name of my Grandmother, which is all I knew. I then hit search and up came 3 people who all had the same Father/Mother combination of names. The birthdates were all close together and all the names were clearly Irish Catholic names like my Grandmother. These are her 3 sister's.
