Do you already have their death certificates and know for sure they died in the city of Los Angeles or just the county of Los Angeles? If you know which city they lived in as well as died in, then you might find some hope in locating an obituary/death notice. Unfortunately, very few who have died in the city of Los Angeles have obits, not to say there is not one. I started out trying to locate obits, but found the LA Times to be a bad source, unless your famous. I chose to transcribe death certificates, instead. I help more people and spend less time doing it.
