The Firestone plant was in South Gate, on Firestone Blvd, between Sante Fe St. and Alameda. I was raised in South Gate, and when I returned from Korea worked at a place kitty corner from the plant. I have some pictures of it in one of my photo albums, and this weekend will see if I can find one.
