I have used Vital Check also with excellent results. I have probably ordered two dozen documents with them. They are fast and convienent. The first time I used them was an accident. When I started searching over a year ago, I found my grandfather on Ancestry.com. Somehow, I don't remember prompting it, the Vital Check screen came up and asked me if I wanted to order the record. This was a marriage record. Of course I did and to my surprise, five days later the document was in my mailbox. That was one of the happiest finds I have had. Having known nothing of my grandfathers family I now knew his mother, father, places of birth and first wife along with ages. What a find. As I became more experienced with the system, and Vital Check wasn't available in all of the counties and/or all of the documents, I have ordered direct from counties and saved a few bucks, but Vital Check is still the most convenient.
