You bet it's hard and takes time to learn to search. But, I am so very grateful to all the people who have helped me in my search. BTW, it isn't all online, but most who can help with that isn't here are also online. Fine bunch of people. Most of the researchers I know are "older"... especially in Genealogical societies. You are right, Joe, but a lot of people do not know how to get google to give them what they are looking for. People need to be taught how by giving them the steps we use (including the URLs of the sites we used) when we answer their queries.
