In the 1910 census, Olive’s mother, Margaret Bennett Miles is living with the Harrington family in L A Assembly, District 70. By 1920, Margaret is gone & is probably deceased. Assuming that she died in CA, could somebody please tell me if CA has a death index for 1910-1920 time period? If so, where could I find it? Also, would death certificates be available for this time period? I have looked for this lady for 2 years, never dreaming that she would have moved out west. I would love to have the names of her parents, her death date & burial location.
