Jay, If you purchased an informational copy of Williams death cert, it would have the smaller city within Los Angeles written on it where he died or resided at time of death. Once learning that, you can write to or call the smaller library requesting an obituary look up in a smaller newspaper. The death cert would also have the name of the funeral home. Sometimes the funeral homes have copies of an obit. Happy hunting.
