    3. I found a map from 1956 showing the old postal zones. You can enlarge the map (link below) to see where #19 is located. I’m not at all familiar with the area myself. http://www.historicmapworks.com/Map/US/157563/Postal+Zone+Maps/Los+Angeles+County+1956/California/ Also could the ā€œ19ā€ come from the California Death Index designation of Los Angeles County as county #19?
