To answer your question .... oh yes, I've been ALL over the Family Search website, as well as having the family tree on Ancestry.com. I've not only searched "California, County Marriages, 1850-1952" but also the "California, Marriages, 1850-1945", both on Family Search. I've also looked at newspaper archive sites. I've searched 60 ways to Sunday, trying different avenues to get to that information, all to no avail. Which is why I've come here (it was suggested to me by a fellow genealogist). The names in my original post (Hannah Maye Robertson and John Laurencelle) are correct. He never went by Lawrence or any other variant of Laurencelle. If it would be of any use, Hannah Maye's parents were Elmer Elsworth Delose Robertson and Mary Alice Duncan. John's parents were Edmond Alphonse Laurencelle and Marie Georgiana Bernier.
