I've "rescued" an old photograph of Annie HICKMAN or RICKMAN daughter of Laura TICER which was taken at the Loomis Studio in Emporia, Kansas. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's or early 1900's with Annie appearing to be about 4 years old at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Annie and her family as follows: Anna Belle Ticer RIGGS was b. 14 Jun 1898 in Emporia, KS to parents William J. RIGGS (b. abt 1864 in Emporia, KS) and Laura Camille or Camelia TICER (b. 9 Apr 1866 in Emporia, KS-d. 27 Oct 1933 in Huntington Park, CA). It appears that Anna was the only child born to this couple. Anna's Mother appears to have married two additional times (Henry GAYLORD in 1914 and Ira MANN in 1920), but did not have children with either spouse. Anna married John Ernest RICKMAN (b. 16 Mar 1894 in Waverly, KS) on 17 Feb 1913 in Emporia, KS and together they had 5 children. Anna died 11 May 1996 in Orange Co. CA. TICER, wife, age 33, born IL Laura L. TICER, dau, age 13, born KS William E. TICER, son, age 10, born KS Horace TICER, son, age 8, born KS 1900 census of Jackson Township, Lyon Co., KS: Charles M. TICER, age 63, born Jan 1834, married 35 years, born IA, parents born KS, a Farmer Elizabeth TICER, wife, age 53, born May 1847, married 35 years, 4 children/3 living, born PA, parents born KS Laura TICER, dau, age 32, born Apr 1868, divorced, 1 child/1 living, born KS (where is her child?) William TICER, son, age 29, born Dec 1870, married 4 years, born KS, a Laborer Alburt TICER, son, age 26, born Jan 1874, born KS, a Laborer Edna TICER, dau-in-law, age 29, born Oct 1870, married 4 years, 1 child/1 living, born KS, parents born IA/PA Anna TICER, granddau, age 1 year, born May 1899, born KS, parents born IA/PA (this doesn't seem to be Laura's daughter?
