I've "rescued" an old photograph identified only as "Baby RICE" of Mayville, ND. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with the little girl about 3 years old. I believe that this is a photograph of Alpha RICE. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Alpha and her family: Alpha RICE was b. 20 Feb 1895 in Mayville, ND to Carrie RICE (b. 1864).
