    3. Anaheim is in Orange County NOW, and for the past hundred and some odd years, but Orange County's Centennial was celebrated after we moved here in 1982.     3. Anaheim, and all of what is now Orange County, were still part of Los Angeles County in 1875. OC didn't secede from from LA county until 1889. Your source is correct.
