They show the same death date as the California death index shows for Leontine. I think the California death index I was looking at was mistranscribed. I found her on http://www.vitalsearch-ca.com/gen/ca/_vitals/cadeygen.htm with a death date of 17 March, 1989 which matches her SSDI death date.
