I realize this is a Kern County question, but I know more people on the Los Angeles list . . . Can someone who has access to Vitalsearch-ca death records look up something for me? On April 11 or 12, 1930, John Dale Gabriel of Bakersfield was killed in a car vs train accident. Also killed was Hubert Wilkins. A news article in the Fresno Bee said that John Gabriel's wife, Mrs. Nell Gabriel or Mrs. Neil Gabriel was also injured in the accident, but was expected to live. Buried next to John Dale Gabriel (1910 - 1930) is Frances Shaw Gabriel (1911 - 1930). I'm wondering if John's wife died after all. Can someone see if Frances Shaw Gabriel died just after April 12, 1930? Kern County code is 15. Thank you for any assistance. Karla in Bakersfield
