    3. Hi Karla~ I looked at the newspaper article, and it definitely looks like it says Mrs. Nell Gabriel, which is really weird since the spouse's initials for John are listed as F S. The information you wanted is as follows: Name: Gabriel, John D. Spouse's initials: F S Age: 21y County: 15 (Kern) DOD: 12 Apr 1930 State File #: 19017 Name: Gabriel, Frances S. Spouse's initials: J D Age: 18y County: 15 (Kern) DOD: 12 Apr 1930 State File #: 19016 Maybe the newspapers were misinformed! It's strange that her state file number would precede his if she died after him, and they died the same day, so it's an interesting bit of info at any rate! I hope this helps! Take care!
