Also killed was Hubert Wilkins. A news article in the Fresno Bee said that John Gabriel's wife, Mrs. Nell Gabriel or Mrs. Neil Gabriel was also injured in the accident, but was expected to live. Buried next to John Dale Gabriel (1910 - 1930) is Frances Shaw Gabriel (1911 - 1930). I'm wondering if John's wife died after all.
