Hi, I am new to this list and am hoping that SKS will look up some information on the following family that I have been chasing for four long years! Wilhelmine THOMPSON was born in 1889 in Ontario, Canada and married Frederick C. B. WILSON at an unknown place probably sometime between 1911 and 1916 but the marriage could have taken place later. The summary data for the 1930 census says that she and Frederick were living in Los Angeles but I'm not sure where. According to her father's will executed in 1931 she was living at Canoga Park, California. She also had a daughter, Dorothea WILSON, however I don't know where or when Dorothea was born. Perhaps there were other children? I would very much like to have the census data for this family for 1930 and possibly 1920 although I don't know when they arrived in California. I believe she was a nurse and graduated in the 19-teens therefore she could have emigrated from Canada about that time and met Frederick in California - but this is all a guess. Her name at baptism was Esther Torrance Wilhelmina THOMPSON but she was known as Nina, Wilhelmine, or Wilhelmina. Any guesses as to death dates for Wilhelmine and Frederick, and a birth/marriage/death date for Dorothea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Gay In Ontario

Hi, Thank you all so very much for the 1930 census information. That answers a lot of questions but now there are so many more! She lied about her age (didn't most of them?) so some of the stuff is out of kilter. I found Wilhelmine Wilson in the Los Angeles County voters lists for 1946 to 1954 but nothing popped up after that. Fred C Wilson appears in 1946 but not after that. If you could find any death information I'd really appreciate it. Best regards, Gay
