I understand the temporary loss of RAOGK is a loss to everyone. I was a volunteer for several years which took me to various cemeteries around NE Oregon and then on the Oregon coast. Met a lot of neat people (living and dead). I would suggest that before anyone decides copy the cache and put it back out there that they contact Bridgette first and see if there is a possibility of resurrecting the site or helping in some way to get it back up. It's too bad that they didn't reach out to the community and ask for assistance. There are many of us who have webs site experience who could have stepped up to the plate to help out on a temporary basis or even a permanent basis. But I understand the reluctance of turning over your "baby" to strangers. It is a much needed service and we have lost a great service that was being provided.
