I have been told that my ggrandfather, Dennis (Denny) Garfield Calhoun was born in Trigg Co. Kentucky in the year 1885. He died in Memphis, Tennessee in 1965. He married Sena Evelyn Butler, Sena was part Cherokee. It has also been said that his mother was native american too. He had a brother named Mac that married a sister to his wife. He married Sena in Arkansas. If you have any info it would be greatly appreciated as I cannot seem to be able to find out anything on the Calhouns. Thanks!

I am searching for a James Irvin Calhoun who married Jenny Johnston (no dates) I have one daughter Elcy Calhoun dob abt 1766 North Carolina - dod after 1850 Indiana. Elcy married Joseph Tharp about 1785. Any information would be appreciated. Mary Lee
