Greetings! I am new to the list and wanted to share my genealogy with you. I am researching the surname of CALHOUN and HALE in Kentucky. I have Elizabeth HALE, d/o John HALE and Sarah MOSLEY; married Samuel MOSLEY Child-- Minvera MOSLEY married a William CALHOUN and they are listed in the 1880 Floyd County Census Records. They had a daughter, Maggie CALHOUN who married William HALE s/o Nellie HALE CALHOUN (she also married a William CALHOUN but I don't believe it's the same William) and Tandy S. HAMILTON. William MOSLEY and Minerva CALHOUN MOSLEY are my gg grandparents and so are Nellie HALE CALHOUN and her husband William CALHOUN. Does anyone have any infomation on what happened to William and Minerva MOSLEY CALHOUN after the 1880 Floyd County Census Records as they seemed to have "disappeared" after that.
