Hi, I'm a descendant of John Calhoun, but he was born in 1860 in Letcher County, KY. He was the son of Thomas Calhoun and Virginia Musicks, and the grandson of David Calhoun and Eda Ayers who were from Virginia, but who married in Wayne County, KY and then moved to Perry County, KY. There's a lot of descendants in Eastern KY from this line, but I don't know the parents of David Calhoun born about 1790 in VA and married in 1813 in KY. I've heard that he had a brother named Thomas. Where did your Calhouns come from?
