No other mention of him anywhere. Had daughter named Mary Calhoun who married William A. Jackson, who died young. She died around 1945 as Mary Calhoun Jackson Speers Hill. I know My father was the youngest of I think six boys and one girl and I know of one uncle and Aunt that are dead. I think my Grandfather and Grandmother came to Florida from Georgia ? year. I remember my grandmother's grave cite there when i was small. She past away before I was born I think. It was the families responsability to maintain her grave site and I remember alot of fireants. this as much as I could remember from stories and talks when I as a kid with family and my father at this time. His father as shown is a will dated 1799 was James Calhoun, mother was Sarah Taylor. I have copy of will and my ancestor was David's brother. His name was John. David and John had quite a few brothers and sisters. The family came to Dauphin/Lancaster County in 1737 from Ireland together with other family members and friends. They then split and went to many US places including S. Carolina. I'm emailing from a friend's house but if you don't have some of these things check familysearch.org but I might have more.
