Given the rare Blazier last name and the dates, I think we have a match. The whole family moved around for several reasons that are too lengthy to post. Briefly: Susan Caroline's mother, Lucinda died in San Joaquin County Ca in 1862 and her father, James M. remarried in 1863 to Sarah Elizabeth Miller-Brown. Sarah was a widow with at least two children of her own. Sarah and James had four other children, James Lee, Charles W. Robert and Laura Belle. Coincidently, James Lee's wife's given name was Rosella. Susan had three sisters and two brothers ranging from age 20 to 2. The sisters probably married in their teens as was the custom in those days. One of James and Sarah's granddaughters is still living in Northern California and is the source of much of my early family information and photos.
