--part1_83765192.24c661a6_boundary Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I'm still looking for my grandfather columns in the newpaper. Is it possible for someone to check this or call the library there in Lakeport to see if they have a file of these and/or someone there to make copies. This would mean a great deal for me. My only sin was I didn't get these copies a long time ago. Thank You, Sincerely, Justin L. WOOD - LAKEPORT To: CALAKE-L@rootsweb.com MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Mailer: AOL 2.5 for Windows Would someone be so kind to look up columns that were titled "NOW LISTEN" by Howard J. Wood, that was editor of the newspaper in Lakeport in the late 50's. He was my grandfather and he lived in a trailer near Clear Lake. After he left the area, to Paker, AZ, his trailer caught fire a couple of times and most of his stuff was burned. Now that he has passed away, all has been lost. So this is why I ask this request. I will pay for the postage and copying. Any help pertaining to this would be greatly appreciated. I want to keep these stories of memory of him. Thanking you kindly for any assistance you can give me on this matter. If you find anything, please forward to me at: 3719 North Huson, Tacoma, WA 98407-4121. Sincerely, Justin L.
