I was pretty sure Antonio and Joseph MADRUGA were brothers, and I theorized that Jose Madruga wed the widow Rosalind SOARES since I found a step-dau Rosalyn Soares with them on 1930 census. I know that Rosalyn SOARES wed Howard Arthur SCHULZ and that they were the open adoption parents of my husband. Now this obit proves it was the right family since Mrs. Rosalyn SCHULZ is the wife of Howard Arthur SCHULZ (my husband's biological father) and they did live in San Luis Obispo-- this is so exciting to finally prove who his biological parents are!
