(John Wesley) GRAHAM who died on November 8, 1999 in either Kern or Tulare County California (he lived in Oildale for sometime) and is buried in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bakersfield? He was born April 18, 1922, and his wife was Rosie Oleta (maiden name unknown) GRAHAM. He was a cousin of my grandfather, Walter L. WATTS.
